Order Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 3pm EST will be processed the next business day.

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states (no international or local pickup/delivery). Choose from:

Order Tracking:
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Check your package’s journey via USPS or UPS.
Lost/Damaged Packages?
While rare, delays or issues can happen. Contact us at info@gloopsnacks.com within 14 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right!
Service Interruptions:
Extreme weather, carrier delays, or unexpected jelly bean demand may impact delivery times. We’ll notify you ASAP if your order is affected.
Changes & Cancellations:
Need to edit/cancel your order? Email us within 1 hour of placing it. After that, it’s likely already being packed with love!
